Who we are
We are not a firm that hands you a strategy and leaves, or one that executes without asking why first. The people who define why you win are the people who build it in.
How we're built
Consultants answer the question and hand you a document. Agencies do the work without asking the question. Both leave the same gap: the answer never reaches the place where deals are won and lost.
We are small and senior on purpose. The people who set the strategy are the people who build it, and that is a hiring decision, not a tagline.
The team
Chris DiPierro
Founder & CEO
For more than 25 years, whatever the industry, the thread through my career has been building growth through connection. Brands to customers, companies to partners, strategy to execution.
I've spent my career inside businesses, not advising from outside. I've sat on go-to-market teams, built brands from the ground up, led creative that won awards and closed deals, and driven revenue across sports, entertainment, technology and global enterprise.
I've also worked at the front of AI and automation inside one of the world's largest IT consulting and systems integration firms, where I saw what the right tools do to how a business runs.
That combination is my superpower.
Most marketers are strategists who don't execute, creatives who don't think about revenue, or technologists who don't understand brand. I've lived in all three. That is what Cozelo delivers: strategic thinking and creative execution, from a senior team that has been in your seat.
Teague Duncan
VP of Strategy
For over a decade, the throughline in my work has been designing and running the systems that unite sales and marketing to drive revenue, across institutional finance, consumer retail, enterprise technology and management consulting.
I've built a business intelligence function spanning manufacturing, finance and sales, and grown its adoption until data-driven decisions were a firm-wide standard. I've built the go-to-market strategy behind a growing practice area, bringing structure to seven-figure pursuits. And I've rebuilt and run a win/loss program, turning buried insight into outputs sales, marketing and product could act on.
Alongside that, I've usually been the person managing the tech and data foundations. Refining sales and marketing stacks, building proprietary tools to close gaps nothing off-the-shelf solves, and lately building AI tools that reimagine operating models rather than polish the old ones.
Key to my success: I don't stop at the strategy or the dashboard. I build the thing, get the team using it, and keep looking for ways to improve it.
That is the same work why you win requires once it leaves the strategy room. Turning one answer into the systems, data and habits that make it hold, and never calling it done.
